  • Ordering and interpretation of laboratory testing

Platinum Membership

Investment

$15,000 annually

Enhanced-access medical care for individuals requiring the highest level of availability and continuity.

Designed for patients who require a higher degree of access, flexibility, and ongoing clinical guidance.

This level of membership includes priority scheduling, extended availability, and direct communication for time-sensitive medical concerns, while maintaining clear clinical boundaries and appropriate use of care.

Platinum Membership is intentionally limited to ensure responsiveness and quality.

Includes all Elite Membership services, plus:

  • Priority scheduling

  • Unlimited scheduled medical visits

  • Unlimited coaching sessions

  • Enhanced communication access

  • Direct clinical guidance for urgent needs

  • Care coordination and external record review

Platinum Membership includes enhanced access for urgent clinical guidance and care coordination. This access does not replace emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, patients must call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.

    • Membership fees do not include laboratory testing, imaging, medications, or supplements

    • This practice does not offer IV therapy, hormone therapy, or peptide therapy

    • Membership is not insurance and does not replace health insurance
